In a number of foreign media sources, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has just announced that the US will impose sanctions on some of Huawei's employees, and he also claimed that Washington will announce new visa restrictions on technology companies like Huawei later on the 15th. Earlier, Pompeo declared that the US "welcomed" the UK's ban on Huawei, and his latest statement on the 15th declared that the UK's move would help safeguard transatlantic security.

 

From all the statements, the U.S. side's fear of Huawei has reached an unimaginable level.

 

In response to Trump's claim on the 14th that he personally persuaded many countries around the world to ban Huawei, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said on the 15th that this once again proves that the decision to ban Huawei has nothing to do with national security, but is a highly politicized manipulation. It also once again showed the world that it is not China but the United States that is going around intimidating, threatening and provoking bullying.
